Three things stop travellers from reaching their excursion photos. Each one has a way out, and a person at the end of it.
Galleries stay online for a limited time after your excursion, and once that window closes the link stops opening. Your photos are not gone — we keep a record of every gallery we have delivered, and in almost every case we can reopen yours. Write to us with your access code and the date of your trip.
Almost every working code is 6, 7, 8 or 12 characters long, letters and numbers only — so if yours is a different length, a character has been dropped or added somewhere. The ones we cannot find are usually a single character out. Yours is printed on the bracelet you were given, on the card the photographer handed you, or on your receipt — check it against the print.
You do not need the QR code at all. The access code is printed right next to it, and typing that code into the field at the top of this page opens exactly the same gallery.
