Goey Pictures lets you find and purchase the photos taken of you during your excursion. You browse previews online, choose the photos you want, pay, and download them as digital files.

The photos shown to you are the ones linked to your access code. We are a small business and do our best to deliver a great experience.

During your excursion you receive a QR bracelet with a unique access code. This code connects you to the gallery of your photos.

Please keep your access code safe and do not share it, as anyone with the code can view and purchase the linked photos. If you lose your code or have trouble accessing your photos, contact support and we will try to help.

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, in US dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, including card payments handled through PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. If a payment does not go through, your photos will not be released until it does.

Photos are delivered as digital downloads. In most cases your photos are available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed.

If you lose your downloads or have trouble accessing them, contact support and we will help you re-download your purchased photos within a reasonable period after purchase.

Download speed and availability can depend on your internet connection and device.

Photos are uploaded after your excursion and may take some time to appear in your gallery. They are usually available within a short period after the excursion, but timing can vary.

If your photos have not appeared after a reasonable time, please contact support with your access code and we will check for you.

Because photos are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final once a download has been provided.

That said, we want you to be happy. If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong photos, are charged incorrectly, or cannot download what you paid for, contact support at help@goey.do and we will work with you to fix the issue or provide a fair resolution, which may include a refund where appropriate.

Because your photos are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost every issue directly and faster than a chargeback. If you start a chargeback or PayPal dispute on photos you have already downloaded and the claim is found to be unwarranted, we may contest it with our payment provider and suspend access to the affected photos. Genuine billing errors or non-delivery are always refunded.

When you purchase your photos, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes printing them for yourself and sharing them with friends, family, and on your personal social media.

Goey Pictures retains the copyright in the photos. You may not resell the photos, license them to others, or use them for commercial purposes (such as advertising or stock sales) without our written permission.

Please use our website fairly and lawfully. Do not attempt to access photos that are not yours, interfere with the website, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the service to break any law.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

We provide our service with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Goey Pictures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues outside our reasonable control (such as internet outages or third-party provider problems).

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the photos in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our photographers take photos of guests in public excursion settings. By taking part in an excursion where Goey Pictures is present and accepting a photo bracelet or access code, you consent to being photographed so that those photos can be offered for sale to you.

If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let the photographer know during the excursion. If a photo of you has already been taken and you want it removed, contact us at help@goey.do with your access code and we will remove it.

Our service and purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Where an excursion group includes children, the accompanying parent or guardian is responsible for them and, by accepting the photo bracelet on the group's behalf, consents to children in the group being photographed and to those photos being offered for sale to the responsible adult. To have a child's photo removed, contact us at help@goey.do and we will remove it.

Our website and photos are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a particular photo will be available, of a particular quality, or suitable for a specific use. Nothing in this section removes any legal rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goey Pictures and its owners, staff, and providers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any other person.

All photos, text, logos, and other content on this website are owned by Goey Pictures or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the personal license granted to you when you purchase your photos, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email help@goey.do with a description of the work, where the material appears on our site, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them. We will review and remove infringing material promptly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at help@goey.do — most issues are resolved quickly and informally, and we genuinely want you to be happy.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and Goey Pictures regarding your use of the service.
