How do I find my photos?
Enter the access code from your bracelet, printed QR card, or the link we texted or emailed you — right here or at goey.do. You can also scan the QR with your phone camera and your gallery opens instantly. No app, no account.
How long until my photos are ready?
Usually within a few hours of your excursion, and almost always the same day. If your gallery isn't ready yet, message us on WhatsApp with your code and we'll check for you.
I lost my code or bracelet — can I still get my photos?
Yes. Your photos are never lost. Message us on WhatsApp with your name, excursion, and date, and we'll find your gallery and send you a fresh link.
How much do the photos cost?
Buy the full package with every photo for one flat price, or pick individual photos à la carte. You'll see the exact price for your gallery the moment you enter your code — never a surprise.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
We accept secure card and PayPal payments, processed by trusted providers — we never see or store your card number.
What quality are the photos? Are they watermarked?
Every photo is taken by a professional photographer and delivered in full high resolution with no watermark once purchased, ready to print or share.
What languages do you speak?
Our team helps you in Spanish, English, Portuguese, Russian, and French — just message us in whichever you prefer.
Is my gallery private?
Completely. Your gallery opens only with your personal code, and we never share or sell your photos. They're yours alone.
Why do you have my name, email, or photo?
On your excursion we note a few details (like your name and a reference photo) only so we can match the right photos to you and send your link. We use them to deliver your memories — nothing else.
What if I'm not happy with my photos?
We want you to love them. If something's wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right — re-deliver, fix, or refund.
How do I download my photos, and can I get them again later?
Once you've purchased, your photos download in full resolution straight to your phone or computer — and your gallery link keeps working, so you can come back and download them again anytime.
We were a group — do we all share one gallery?
Each person gets their own private gallery for their photos. If your group was photographed together, scan your own bracelet or code to see your set — and message us anytime and we'll help reunite a whole group's memories.
What if I can't find myself in the photos?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, excursion, and date, and we'll search every set from that day to find your photos. In the rare case there genuinely aren't any of you, you pay nothing — you're only ever charged for photos you actually receive.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No account, no password, no sign-up. Open your gallery with your code, pick your photos, and pay by card or PayPal as a guest. You're done in a couple of taps.
Can anyone find my gallery on Google?
No. Your gallery isn't listed in any search engine and isn't shared publicly — it opens only with your personal code. We don't index it, so the only people who see your photos are the people you give the link to.
What if I change my mind after paying?
