1. What the QR bracelet is
The wristband or card carries a QR code and a short access code (something like ABC12345). It links only to the photos of you and your group, kept in a private gallery, so there is no account to create and no password to remember.
Keep the band on or photograph it early in the day. The code is also usually printed on any paper receipt you were given, which is a handy backup.
2. Scanning the code
Open your phone's camera and point it at the QR code. Most modern phones detect it instantly and show a tap-to-open link; tapping it takes you straight to your gallery.
If scanning will not work, you can type the short access code into the box on the Goey Pictures home page instead. Either route opens the same private gallery.
3. Previewing and downloading
Inside the gallery you can preview every shot, watch the auto-generated highlight reel, and choose the whole set or just your favorites. Payment is by card or PayPal and takes a moment.
The instant payment clears, every photo downloads in full high resolution to your phone, tablet, or computer, and you also receive a backup download link by email and WhatsApp so you never lose access.
4. If the QR will not scan or the code is lost
Clean your camera lens, hold steady, and make sure there is enough light; a slightly creased or wet band can be harder to read. If it still fails, type the printed code manually.
If the band and code are truly gone, message the team on WhatsApp with the date of your excursion, the tour you took, and roughly when you were photographed. Galleries are organized by tour and date, so you can usually be matched quickly. Our guide on finding your Punta Cana excursion photos covers recovery in more detail.
