1. Use the access code on your bracelet or QR card
On your excursion you were handed a wristband or card with a short access code (something like ABC12345) and a QR code. That code is the key to your private gallery — it links only to the photos taken of you and your group.
Scan the QR with your phone camera, or type the code into the box on our home page. Your gallery opens instantly; there's no account to create and no password to remember.
2. Lost your code? Here's how to recover it
Codes are printed on the bracelet, the QR card, and any paper receipt you were given — check those first, including photos you may have taken of the band on the boat or bus.
If it's truly gone, message our team on WhatsApp with the date of your excursion, the tour you took (for example a Saona Island catamaran trip), and roughly what time you were photographed. We keep galleries organized by tour and date, so we can usually match you quickly.
3. Preview, pick and download in full quality
Inside your gallery you can preview every shot, watch the auto-generated highlight reel, and choose the whole set or just your favorites. Payment is by card or PayPal and takes a moment.
