These Terms of Service explain how you can use Goey Pictures to find and purchase your excursion photos. Goey Pictures is an excursion photography service based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. By using our website and buying photos, you agree to these Terms. Please read them; we have tried to keep them clear and fair.

What we offer

Goey Pictures lets you find and purchase the photos taken of you during your excursion. You browse previews online, choose the photos you want, pay, and download them as digital files.

The photos shown to you are the ones linked to your access code. We are a small business and do our best to deliver a great experience.

Access codes

During your excursion you receive a QR bracelet with a unique access code. This code connects you to the gallery of your photos.

Please keep your access code safe and do not share it, as anyone with the code can view and purchase the linked photos. If you lose your code or have trouble accessing your photos, contact support and we will try to help.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, in US dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, including card payments handled through PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. If a payment does not go through, your photos will not be released until it does.

Digital delivery and downloads

Photos are delivered as digital downloads. In most cases your photos are available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed.

If you lose your downloads or have trouble accessing them, contact support and we will help you re-download your purchased photos within a reasonable period after purchase.

Download speed and availability can depend on your internet connection and device.

Photo availability and timing

Photos are uploaded after your excursion and may take some time to appear in your gallery. They are usually available within a short period after the excursion, but timing can vary.

If your photos have not appeared after a reasonable time, please contact support with your access code and we will check for you.

Refunds

Because photos are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final once a download has been provided.

That said, we want you to be happy. If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong photos, are charged incorrectly, or cannot download what you paid for, contact support at help@goeypictures.com and we will work with you to fix the issue or provide a fair resolution, which may include a refund where appropriate.

License and use of your photos

When you purchase your photos, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes printing them for yourself and sharing them with friends, family, and on your personal social media.

Goey Pictures retains the copyright in the photos. You may not resell the photos, license them to others, or use them for commercial purposes (such as advertising or stock sales) without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use our website fairly and lawfully. Do not attempt to access photos that are not yours, interfere with the website, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the service to break any law.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Limitation of liability

We provide our service with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Goey Pictures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues outside our reasonable control (such as internet outages or third-party provider problems).

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the photos in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
